It's 1929. Dandy Dan's hoodlums terrorise the district, exterminating undesirables with their new weapon; splurge guns. His rival is Fat Sam Stacetto, who runs the Grand Slam Speakeasy, but Fat Sam's gang still use old fashioned pies. Fat Sam engages the help of Bugsy Malone, a smooth city slicker, to try and get his hands on some splurge guns. But Bugsy's hitherto has been more occupied in sweet talking Blousey Brown, a would be girl singer. After Dandy Dan destroy's Fat Sam's whole empire, he and his gang prepare for one final showdown at the Grand Slam Speakeasy; will Bugsy have located the guns in time? One thing is for certain....its gonna be messy!
